Dr. Benjamin Waters
Benjamin Waters joined DeGolyer and MacNaughton in 2024, specializing in valuation and economic analysis. Prior to joining D&M, he worked in finance at Exxon Mobil Corporation and on merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions with Uber Technologies, Inc.
Waters graduated from Texas A&M University summa cum laude as an honors research fellow with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering in 2002. He earned his master’s degree in business administration at the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2007, and his doctorate in chemical engineering at MIT in 2007, where he conducted academic research into polymerization kinetics and industry system dynamics.
