Erik G. Charron
Erik G. Charron joined DeGolyer and MacNaughton’s Asia Pacific/Latin America division in 2017, conducting reserves and resources evaluations. He previously worked at DeGolyer and MacNaughton Canada Limited for 10 years.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Calgary in 2004. He became a licensed professional engineer in Alberta, Canada in 2010.

Major Projects
Charron has spent the bulk of his career working on major projects for exploration and operation companies with assets in Canada.
He was previously the lead evaluator for a reserves project that encompassed both reserves and contingent resources in Nigeria.
He served as the lead evaluator for a project evaluating light, medium, and heavy oil assets, as well as thermal operations and offshore oil and gas operations.
